About SalesFlint

Built by someone
who likes the
complicated bit.

SalesFlint grew from Jitesh Chavan’s conviction that complex ideas deserve more than clever wording. They deserve patient research, clear systems, and content people can genuinely use.

Jitesh co-founded SalesFlint in 2019 and built it from zero. He shaped its positioning, operations, content, marketing, delivery, and customer acquisition.

Clarity is not a writing trick. It is a way of working.

He is the sort of person who keeps asking why until a fuzzy problem becomes a useful brief. Curious by nature and exacting without being precious, Jitesh enjoys finding the structure hidden inside a complicated subject.

That temperament shaped SalesFlint. Research comes before assertion. A content plan needs a business reason. A polished sentence still has to be true. And good work should make the reader’s next decision easier.

He built SalesFlint as a studio where editorial care and operational discipline work together. The result is content that is considered, credible, searchable, and designed to do something beyond filling a publishing calendar.

The editorial compass

Meet Riya.
Head of Content.

Riya is the person who makes sure a promising idea survives the journey from brief to final draft.

She reads with two minds at once: the editor looking for precision and the audience member wondering why this matters. Her instinct is to slow down at the exact point where a claim feels too easy, a sentence feels borrowed, or a useful idea is hiding behind unnecessary complexity.

At SalesFlint, Riya shaped an editorial culture built on thoughtful questions, generous feedback, and standards that never flatten a writer’s voice. She believes rigor should make content more human, not more mechanical.

Her role is part craft, part coaching, and part quality control. She helps the team turn strong research into work that feels natural, credible, and worth a reader’s time.

The SalesFlint way of working

01

Start with the business question

Define the audience, the decision, and what success should look like before writing begins.

02

Find reliable signals

Gather credible sources, customer language, search behaviour, and market context.

03

Map what the audience needs

Turn scattered evidence into a useful point of view and a clear content brief.

04

Build the clearest structure

Organize the story so readers can follow the logic without working for it.

05

Write, verify, and refine

Shape the voice, test every claim, and edit until the work feels distinctly human.

06

Measure, learn, and improve

Use performance and reader behaviour to strengthen the next piece and the wider system.
