Complex briefs across industries taught us to find the useful question faster.
About SalesFlint
Built by someone
who likes the
complicated bit.
SalesFlint grew from Jitesh Chavan’s conviction that complex ideas deserve more than clever wording. They deserve patient research, clear systems, and content people can genuinely use.
Jitesh co-founded SalesFlint in 2019 and built it from zero. He shaped its positioning, operations, content, marketing, delivery, and customer acquisition.
Clarity is not a writing trick. It is a way of working.
He is the sort of person who keeps asking why until a fuzzy problem becomes a useful brief. Curious by nature and exacting without being precious, Jitesh enjoys finding the structure hidden inside a complicated subject.
That temperament shaped SalesFlint. Research comes before assertion. A content plan needs a business reason. A polished sentence still has to be true. And good work should make the reader’s next decision easier.
He built SalesFlint as a studio where editorial care and operational discipline work together. The result is content that is considered, credible, searchable, and designed to do something beyond filling a publishing calendar.
The editorial compass
Meet Riya.
Chief of Staff & COO.
Riya keeps the studio moving with clarity, care, and a sharp eye for what matters most.
She connects the editorial, operational, and client sides of SalesFlint, turning ambitious ideas into practical plans the team can deliver well.
Her instinct is to ask the question that brings a project back into focus: what does the audience need, what does the business need, and what will make the work genuinely useful?
As Chief of Staff and COO, Riya protects the standards behind the work while making the systems around it calmer, clearer, and more dependable.
